Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are currently reviewing event rental requests. Happy Acres Mill Valley can accommodate up to 150 guests in our outdoor space.
Pricing: Full day rental from 10AM to 12AM is $7,500 per day - 2 day minimum. Includes: full use of the event barn and outdoor space.
Barn includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full chefs kitchen.
In addition: three additional tree house sleeping platforms are available (bring your own sleeping bags!), an outdoor shower, hot tub, ax throwing activity, rope swing, and council ring with fire pit (propane).
Additional Cottage Rentals:
Mt Tam Cottage: 2 bedrooms, living room, one bath, full kitchen: large view deck: $750 per night
Stinson Cottage: 2 bedrooms, living room, one bath, kitchen, large view deck: $750 per night
Redwood House: 2 bedrooms, living room, one bat, kitchen, outside areas: $750 per night.
All cottages can accommodate additional guests in living rooms.
All cottage rentals require 2-night minimum.

Our antique barn has been beautifully rebuilt to create the perfect venue for your next event.
The interior barn's open floor plan and rotating art gallery reception area can accommodate approximately 30 guests. A full chef's kitchen is included. Inquire about sleeping accommodations and treehouse sleeping decks.
The exterior barn showcases beautiful mountain views in the background.
Wide open outdoor spaces can accommodate party tents for up to 150 guests.
Parking available onsite for 25. Valet bus coordination with nearby Manzanita is also available.
What is your "hold" policy?
We work on a first come first served basis. The only way to hold your day is to book your reservation. Bookings require a deposit and a completed contract.
What time must my party end?
Events must end fully at 12AM with the bar closing and volume adjusted at 11PM. Please inquire about our late dismissal options.
May we set up or take down before/after our rental begins?
Our rental hours are 10AM-12AM. However if there is no booking the day before or day after we do allow 2 hours of evening set up and next morning take down before 10AM. If additional time is required, it will be available for $200 per hour plus tax.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, you may have alcohol at your event. Happy Acres does not assume any responsibility for the use of alcohol. You are also responsible to ensure the safe departure of your guests from your event. All alcohol must be served by a certified bartender and you must provide Happy Acres with a copy of your Special Event Permit.
Do I need to use a Happy Acres Event Planner?
No. You are welcome to use your own event planner. Happy Acres can recommend several Event Planners who will help provide all the items you will need to ensure you have a successful event from planning to tents to catering.
All access roads on Happy Acres are on dirt roads. If concerned about dirt roads inquire about Manzanita valet shuttle.
Is the art for sale?
Yes, all rotating art works are for sale. Inquire about pricing and shipping options.
Available upon request according to availability. Suitable for ages 12 and older.
